All payments are securely processed through a trusted payment service provider. We will never request your card or bank details via email or phone, and no payment information is stored outside of secured systems.

Your personal and medical information is used solely for treatment purposes and is stored securely. Only authorised staff have access to this information. Records are retained for seven years in compliance with legal and professional requirements.

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and we appreciate your commitment. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and consent to treatment. While we uphold strict confidentiality, there may be instances where we are legally required to share information, such as safeguarding concerns or legal obligations.
