Cancellations 

Your appointment at our clinic is reserved specifically for you, and we appreciate your commitment to it. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

When you cancel without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time to other clients who may be in need of treatment. Therefore, if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment altogether, your payment will be retained, and refunds will not be issued.

We recognise that exceptional circumstances and emergencies can and do arise. If you find yourself needing to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us promptly at 0792 840 5528.
