Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and we appreciate your commitment. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations impact both our schedule and other clients who may need treatment. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, your payment will be retained, and refunds will not be issued.

We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible at 0792 840 5528, and we will do our best to assist you.
