How to Find the Clinic

Navigation apps may not direct you to the right location. For more information, please visit our location page: CJB Clinic Location

What to Bring

  • Relevant medical documents (e.g., previous treatment plans, MRI, X-ray, medication list).
  • Appropriate clothing: shorts and t-shirt for males; sports bottoms and a sports bra for females.
  • Videos: If your injury relates to a specific sport or movement (e.g., running, kicking a football, deadlifting), please bring a video of you performing this movement to the session.

*Please note that your comfort comes first; if you are not comfortable being seen in revealing clothing, accommodations will be made by your therapist.*

Preparation

Please ensure you have eaten and hydrated well before your appointment. If you have any other questions, please reach out.

Warmest regards,

Chris
